Please, carefully review the packing list. Your son or daughter should pack lightly, modestly and equipped for an active week of service.
WHAT TO BRING:
● Bedding: Sheets, Sleeping Bag & Pillow
● Toiletries: Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Soap, Shampoo, Washcloth, Deodorant, Eyewear, Feminine Hygiene, etc.
● Prescription Medications, Epipens, Inhalers, etc.
● 2 Towels: Shower & Pool
● Swimsuit: 1-Piece or Tankini for Girls. Trunks for Boys.
● 4-5 Pairs of Shorts: Mid-thigh or longer.
● 5-6 T-shirts
● Underwear: Enough for the week.
● 6-8 Pairs of Socks
● Sweatshirt or Fleece Top
● Rain Jacket & Pants
● 1 Pair of Sweatpants
● 1-3 Pairs of Long Pants: To protect legs during potential outdoor work in tall plants.
● Sneakers or Boots: Campers must have durable, closed toed shoes for everyday wear.
● Shower Shoes: Flip flops or Crocs, etc.
● 2 Large, Heavy Duty, Labeled Garbage Bags
● Bible
● Notebook or Journal
● Pen
● Flashlight or Headlamp
● Water Bottle
● Insect Repellent
● Sunscreen
● Small Backpack or Cinch-Strap Bag: To hold personal possessions during ministry outings.
● $6-7 for Ice Cream Outing
● Optional: Cash for Gift Shop or Snacks & Work gloves
DO NOT BRING:
We diligently strive to provide a safe environment for your
camper and others. So, the following items are strictly
prohibited at Camp Hebron. If these items are brought to
Camp, they will be confiscated, disposed of, and may result in
the departure of the participant from Camp.
● Food or Snacks (Leaders may bring snacks to be kept
in group meeting spaces, no food in cabins)
● Fireworks or Firearms
● Knives or Weapons
● Tobacco Products, Alcohol, Drugs, Illegal Substances
● Inappropriate Reading Materials
LOST & FOUND
We encourage you to write your son or daughter’s name on
all of their possessions. Lost & Found items will be displayed
on the Maple Dell Office porch on Friday night for pick-up.
Please, call our Office to report missing items after camp. We
keep all Lost & Found items until mid-September.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
● Leave your luggage in your vehicle.
● Turn in your medications & prescription drugs to the
youth leaders. These should be in the original
containers.
